At The Dancing Dinosaur, we’re on a big, heartfelt mission: raising funds to support our ballerina’s dreams (those pointe shoes aren’t cheap!) while also fueling larger dreams of travel, adventure, and a new opportunities for our dinosaur loving rockstar. Every purchase from our shop directly supports the Pointe Shoe Fund and helps us move closer to making these dreams a reality. (We have a hopeful Youth America Grand Prix participant in the house and a rock drummer outgrowing his current drum set)
How the Jurassic Journey Works
We’ve turned our goal-tracking into a fun, prehistoric adventure! Instead of a plain progress bar, we’re on a Jurassic Journey through the three major dinosaur eras — Triassic, Jurassic, and Cretaceous. As we hit each milestone:
A new dinosaur is “unlocked” and added to our growing Dancing Dinosaur Collection.
We release exclusive limited-edition merch featuring that dinosaur (tees, hoodies, prints, and more — only available for a short time!).
We post regular updates right here on the blog so our supporters can clearly see exactly where we are, how much progress we’ve made, and what’s coming next.
You’ll be able to watch the journey unfold in real time — from the tiny early dinosaurs of the Triassic all the way to the mighty kings and queens of the Cretaceous. Each unlocked dino represents another step forward for our dance and travel dreams.
